In 2008, I have had a dream to own mart and coffee business and always keep in mind that I do committed to achieve it. In 2009, I decided to return to my hometown, Siem Reap, to start retail mini mart with my friend as partnership. Unfortunately, we could not start in that year due to lack of financial capital and declining number of tourist in Siem Reap at that time. My dream and my commitment and together with my achievement, by being conferred the Top Station Award for three consecutively year, gave me more confidence to start NOIR which operated in mart and coffee in October 2013 which 90% of financial capital is from bank loan with reference of working salary.
I have three quotes for myself, 1- “Just believe in yourself, you can make it happen”, 2- “Every problems must have its solutions”,3- “ When problems happen, we will resolve it soonest”.
