Our Story

Founded in 2013, NOIR Coffee is rapidly and aggressively developing to be the most favored coffee house among trendy and modern teen of Siem Reap. Starting with 6 staffs in 1 bonsai Café designed with strong Local International personality, NOIR Coffee now operated with 3 branches employing with over 60 employees within Siem Reap, the town of Angkor.

We seek to understand not only what our customers want and need, but also where they want it and how they want to experience it. Our menu of 53 drinks & 46 foods comprises of international, local and fusion recipe and flavor.

Our Founder

Tit Sotheara (Mr.), Young and innovative entrepreneur with strong ambitions and passions to introduce Cambodia to the world through his own way.

  • Working Experience: 13 years working experience Retail Operation and Sale
  • Currently is a Vice President of Young Entrepreneur Association of Cambodia (YEAC) for Siem Reap Chapter.
